@optimum All who care: new customers being offered $39.99 Our bill just went up to $89.99. If you can help it do not get optimum. Their customer service was also very very poor when dealing with a mistake that they made & ADMITTED. But we waited weeks for a refund. Boo

@JohnLegere @ATT @verizon That’s why I came over to TMobile last year. Verizon never told me about this plan. Me and hubby 100 a month from TMobile. Verizon same plan 175. 18 yrs with Verizon. House phone is next with Tv going to optimum

@News12LI you should do a story on the terrible service @optimum and @AlticeUSA provide their customers. 45 min wait at 1 of only 2 stores that they have open for all of Nassau CO. Meanwhile your reporter STONE got preferential treatment while other slaves to cable waiting.

@OptimumHelp I’m so frustrated with your service. It’s been over a week and my internet is still not working. I am forced to use my phone hotspot to use my computer. I can’t wait until Feb 4th to switch and give you guys your equipment back. Just ridiculous!
