One thing I learned on this 6K mile Road trip is @TMobile has terrible coverage in the USA, but @ATT has amazing coverage as My car was able to stream music majority of the trip which has AT&T. I’m switching to AT&T on Monday when we get home.

Got @ATT fiber internet a few weeks ago. Worked great for about a week then Sunday I have no service and it’s been out ever since. Been told for 4 days “it’ll be back up in 24 hours”. Very disappointing.

@ATT @ATT 2 weeks- still no phone. STILL lying about shipping said phone. “Customer service” reps over the phone and via Twitter pm have lied multiple times & even provided fake tracking numbers. Any prospective customers of AT&T wireless should run elsewhere & save the hassle.

@ATT Att is the worst! I got charged double and after 3 calls the billing department still didn’t fix the issue. Terrible customer service.

@ATT I also was a att customer for 35yrs a lot changed over that time,it went from good to bad,but your not going to do any better with T-Mobile,I think I'll go to mint mobile & give them a try,T-Mobiles service in my area has got worse since they bought out Sprint.

@KnottDonn @ATT But you support a brand who purposefully makes their devices unrepairable making them go into landfills? Or a brand who insists on removing the owners control over their device and calling it "security"? I fully respect apples ecosystem but cmon, apples just as bad of a company.

Is there a good #classaction law firm out there that would like a slam dunk case against @ATT ? They “sold” iPhone 8 Plus phones to customers who paid full price yet they can’t port them to another company rendering them worthless without the overpriced AT&T phone service.

@ATT iPhone sucks and is restrictive so I much prefer my phones that use android. I've had lg, samsung, motorola, and now Nord. Brand loyalty is stupid. It should be about quality of product.The literal only reason I would ever want a free iPhone is to sell it.
